We are so blessed to have such amazing family! My mom came for 3 weeks when Josh broke his collar bone, then Kayla came for a month after that, and now my mom has come again for 3 weeks to help since Jake has been born! We feel so blessed to not only know how much our family loves us, but to have them show us too! My mom flew in on Sunday afternoon and Josh and the girls went to the airport to pick her up. They got there a little early, so Josh decided it would be fun to park and go and surprise Grandma in the airport. The girls were thrilled! We usually just wait in the car and do curbside pick ups. This time they went in and waited for Grandma to come. Unfortunately they didn't see her. Somehow they missed each other and she went outside and waited by the curb. Josh and the girls finally decided to go and look outside to see if they could find her and Josh couldn't see her. The girls sure saw her and ran right up and gave her quite a surprise! They thought it was so much fun to surprise Grandma! What a fun dad to make an airport trip such an adventure!
As soon as they arrived home Grandma of course had presents for the girls. She is amazing and always has little gifts for the kids! They get SO excited! She is always prepared and has a few different "presents" hidden in her luggage for the different days that she is here. The girls are spoiled and they just have a blast playing and doing crafts while Grandma is around. They didn't miss mom and dad too much at the hospital because they were so busy playing with Grandma! Thanks Mom!
