Last summer Ally's friend Erin showed us her performance in a group called Sunshine Generation. Ally was instantly hooked. She started singing the songs right away and had only watched Erin's tape twice! Ally loves loves loves to sing and she really has a fun time dancing. Sunshine Generation performs songs with choreographed movements, so Josh and I were sure that Ally would love it. In September we signed her up and she had a great time practicing and learning the new songs and dances. In December she had 3 different performances where she was able to show off all of her new moves with her pretty voice (she really sings well). These are some pictures of her first performance. While we waited for the performance to start Annalise and Megan had a blast playing, doing the Christmas crafts that were set up and of course having hot chocolate and cookies! It was fun for the whole family to go to. Even Grandma Nixon was here to get to watch Ally! She did a great job!

I wanted to sign Cassia up for sunshine generation - I loved how they did their classes and all the performances. I never could talk her into it. It looks like so much fun! Cute costumes!
