The girls got up bright and early Christmas morning and they were SO excited! They couldn't wait to see if Santa had come. Of course daddy had to go downstairs first to check things out, so we all waited upstairs to see what he found! As he told us that Santa Claus had come the girls ran downstairs and were overwhelmed with everything there! We showed them where their stockings were and they loved seeing everything that Santa had left.
Afterwards we all went and ate the special cereal that Santa had brought us and then we went back to open all of the gifts under the tree. We all took turns so everyone else could see what the other family members got. It was a great day. All of the girls loved what they received and we just had a relaxing day playing with our new "toys." Christmas is my favorite holiday! Of course we had to remind the girls of the real meaning of Christmas over and over and over again. My! How quickly they forget!
