Megan's 3rd Birthday!

When Grandma Nixon was here visiting it was Megan's birthday! We had the fun idea of going to Hoppin Hippos to play and going to get some dinner for her family party (on odd years it is a family party and even years it is a friend party), but it was closed, so we just went to McDonalds to celebrate. The girls rarely get to go there, so they were really excited! They thought it was the neatest thing because they all got happy meals! Josh and I have never really let them get those before, so they thought they were pretty special! After they played their hearts out we came home for some cupcakes that Grandma had made with some ice cream. I think Megan was just as excited for the cake and ice cream as she was for opening her presents! It was a lot of fun, and we are so grateful for Megan; she is such a joy in our family!
